As you know, In 2019 Ridley faced a challenge of digitising part of our consumer facing business or risk becoming redundant with our consumers. A rather daunting challenge for us as we didn’t have the in house technical capability. After a pitch process we engaged you - IE Digital.

As part of the project, I worked closely with you and the team. One particular sticks out to me – a CX journey was key to what we saw as our point of difference. But the challenge was it was complicated and technical. At least, we thought it was.

You absolutely helped us to navigate through the technical aspects, simplified the consumer process and engaged directly with our customers to ensure it was appropriate and delivered against our KPI.

I was impressed by your ability to put aside bias and opinion and truly understand the needs of the segment, it was exactly what we needed to help us build a the tool we needed.

On a personal level, you are engaging and extremely easy to work with. Your style is communicative, warm and inviting whilst still bringing opinion and being able to steer a group through challenging territory.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with you and I’m sure the success of the project has been support by you being involved in the project. I hope we work together again in the future.

Working with Aimi has been, and continues to be, an absolute pleasure. Aimi is an absolute professional in her field, all while maintaining a smile and being extremely approachable to everyone, be it new people who she has just met or existing team members. Aimi was one of the first people who certainly made us feel welcome and listened to when we started working with IE. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about UI and UX development, and seeing her and the team in action has given me a great respect for the work they do. We engaged IE earlier this year for a user experience design and technical review of the Click Frenzy platform. Aimi led the process and we all found her to be highly professional, productive and very talented in interpreting our business needs and goals, and translating that into design and experience outputs. I was particularly impressed with Aimi’s overall organisational skills and discipline with agile workflows.

We also got to see Aimi in action conducting user testing, and she is an exceptional interviewer very capable of driving great insights and results from user testing. + Nim Madanayake, Quality Assurance Analyst - Royal Australian College of Surgeons

I am currently employed by Royal Australasian College of Surgeons to act as a Quality Assurance and Test Analyst, within their IT Department. I met Aimi when we hired IE Digital as our vendor to help us get the College Website we had been working on ready for launch.

Aimi was introduced to our group to guide the design process of our Information Architecture, Content Strategy, and Structure. Aimi was only to be with our team during the initial phase to hand over her work to Cassy, while checking the pulse of the projet delivery from time to time.

Aimi, and her team helped our product owner by listening to our needs and taking a deep dive into all content within the current website to classify, prioritise, and revise them, to deliver us the most optimum Information Architecture.

I have seen Aimi independently owning her task within our project and running workshops with her team, always incorporating feedback from any member of our team and the voice of our stakeholders received from our Product Owner.

During the time of the project, the team managed to get the approval for the finalized design for the launch from the stakeholder group.

This I believe to be a massive success for our project, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Aimi to deliver value to any given project she is assigned to.

Aimi worked with Bupa Dental on designing a web portal specifically for the Bupa Dental network for 200 plus practices.

Aimi was great to work with her understanding of what we wanted to achieve and her ability to interpret our requirements into a useable prototype exceed my expectations. She was able to showcase her knowledge while working with us on developing the prototype. The output Aimi provided was timely and useable and she was able to change, updated and modify her way of thinking as we updated our requirements.

Aimi communicated well with the staff from Bupa Dental Head-office and was able to adjust her communications style to work with our practice managers to ensure that the most was gained from the sessions with them.
