About

I work with leaders and teams who are building things that affect people’s lives — across health, wellbeing, technology, and adjacent industries.

My practice sits at the intersection of care, technology, and operations. I bring a foundation in clinical nursing, alongside years of experience across service design, product, and experience strategy. This gives me a grounded understanding of how systems, decisions, and experiences show up for real people — not just in theory, but in practice.

I’m most effective in moments of ambiguity: when priorities are unclear, teams are misaligned, or there’s a gap between intention and lived experience. I focus less on pixel-perfect outputs, and more on outcomes — creating just enough clarity, structure, and momentum to help teams move forward together with confidence.

How I Work

Human-centred, collaborative, and grounded. I believe people align more easily when they feel heard and respected, and that progress comes from facing problems together rather than across silos. I work comfortably with small, cross-functional teams within large organisations, as well as start-ups and scale-ups navigating growth, change, or new directions.

Where helpful, I collaborate with UX researchers, UI designers, and technical specialists — focusing my own energy on sensemaking, alignment, and outcomes.
