I work with amazing people to make experiences between humans and technology as simple as possible; all while solving a human need in a human way.
Currently in Melbourne, Australia, as a Service Designer at Bupa, primarily in the health innovation space.
How would I define ‘design thinking’?
For me, design thinking is a non-linear, creative problem-solving mindset. It is digging deep to understand the wider context. It is exploring curiosities of potential solutions. It is iterative and permeates all that we do, in life and work.

My Farewell to my Nursing Career
I posted and shared this ‘letter’ with my personal circle on 21 February, 2018 — the day after my last day as a ‘full-time’ nurse. I couldn’t sleep with the realisation of what I had finally done, so I found myself at 2 o’clock in the morning writing it out.
